Can I be my own registered agent in Florida?

Can I form a Florida LLC from outside the U.S.?
Yes. However, the State of Florida requires you to list a Florida physical address (not a P.O. box) where your registered agent can accept service of process during regular business hours. We can do that for you and email scanned copies anywhere in the world.
